Skills & qualifications required :

Below are the qualifications expected from Business development Associate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, I.T / Marketing ( MBA will be a plus)
  • Atleast 3 months experience in Marketing / Business development in I.T Field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales.

Your responsibilities :

Below are some of the responsibilities a Business development Associate is expected to assume:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market reach
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and drive customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance and achieve targets
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and provide insights to the management for strategic decision-making
